WOULD NEVER BUY OFF RON BROOKS TOYOTA AGAIN bought a nissan juke off them 3months ago didn't get out the gates before i realised the gear box was playing up it had not been road tested before they let me pay good money for it Took it back under warranty they said would keep me informed about what is happening to the car 8 weeks on and not even a phone call they have now had the car longer than i have and im still waiting to hear from them 3months down the line this firm are totally not bothered with there customers once they have your money

I can't thank Zach highly enough, no pushy sales techniques, it was like talking to a friend. Even at vehicle handover, it wasn't "here's your car, there go, thank you very much", he made it very obvious he was there for us in the future. The biggest thing for me, and it feels fairly obvious to say... is that he treated me like a 'normal' person. Having recently become disabled, I've seen both sides of how disabled people can be treated, and it was really nice to see that I was treated like a 'normal' person. Everyone we spoke to at Ron Brooks was great, but I would really highly recommend going and asking for Zach, I really hope he is still there when we look at our next new car, because he is a credit to the business, and credit goes to the business too, can't recommend enough. Go to Ron Brooks, and remember to ask for Zach!
