A company with clear passion for providing the very best customer service. I visited the ROMWY showroom looking for advice on a replacement for my ride on lawnmower. Graham, the owner guided me in a completely unpressurised manner, and after I expressed an interest in a robotic solution he explained the options and offered to pay a home visit at the end of the day. Graham facilitated my purchase, and recommended the correct mower for the lawn rather than the most expensive. He said that if indeed the next model up was needed, he would exchange the mower and so I had nothing to lose in trying the cheaper model. What a difference to the normal expectation of a ‘sales pitch’. He even offered to offset the purchase by allowing a trade in for my ride on. He lent (and delivered) a self propelled petrol mower free of charge so that I could prepare the garden for the installation of the robotic mower The installation was prompt and on the promised day and very professional. Graham had left his personal number to be in touch and indeed guided me through initial set up late in the evening. Since the installation a couple of weeks ago, as can be expected there have been a couple of teething problems. I sent a message to Graham rather late in the evening (after 2200) expecting a reply in the morning. Graham replied back immediately, and popped into the garden first thing in his way to work and sorted the problem out without even troubling us by ringing the doorbell Again after a query 2 days ago, Graham himself has attended over the last 2 days and resolved the problem. This personal attention from Graham and passion to ensure I was happy with my purchase, together with service beyond expectation, is surely an example for all. I can honestly say there is no other company I would now want to deal with for all my garden machinery needs. Thank you Graham and the team at ROMWY for your honesty, professionalism, expertise and caring. I am grateful.
