    NOISE NUISANCE. There is a flat on the 5th floor that often hosts large parties for a very long time (from afternoon to early hours of morning). Constant non-stop loud music with amplifiers on their balcony. You can hear it on the street and from other buildings down the road as the music/beat/bass reverberates. I'm surprised the're allowed to continue with this, so annoying and inconsiderate and the landlord/management company/residents association clearly don't care.

    Unfortunely the people at the front desk were very disrespectful. They only greet and show respect with people who have money or live in the building. I would try to talk them them and they would openly ignore me and belittle me. The person at the front desk always watches TV as well, he never does his job. There was a few times people needed his help and he was too busy watching tv. No human being should ever be made to feel insignificant due to their race, gender, or income and unfortunately this building shows discrimination to these factors. I hope someone looks into this deeply, it just seems there is a negative environment of people with money who are really arrogant and stuck up.
