Dan Flemming and Catherine Mcnicholas have worked extremely hard and must be credited for what has been a difficult few months! We had what should have been a very simple chain however dealt with some "challenging" circumstances making the chain extremely complicated and lengthy. Despite this they picked up the phone everytime and answered every email in timely manner. Communication was maintained throughout. I was always kept informed which is KEY to any house related move.
