    Working here isn't bad but communication isn't great sorry, you don't get new trucks mainly, they go to some drivers, supposedly to the careful drivers however, even new units are damaged unfortunately but I know most of the older units get damaged alot including trailers as well.

    Absolute crooks. Try to get staff to sign contracts for 9-5 day work, when they will actually be working 4on 4off night shifts for a day rate. Nothing short of thieves

    Avoid at all cost.... Unless the want costs. Don't pay you correctly, constantly chasing up missing hours. Every driver is new which says it all. After 30 years in the hgv game I haven't come across a worse company. Not to mention the condition of the trucks! Every truck has more light on it than a Christmas tree. Don't waste your time here!!

    Not a good place to work,avoid as much as you possibly can,night shift is a complete shambles,hence why everyone wants to leave or has left,avoid mandeep at all costs,likes to single people out and abuse his power as a manager As much as possible,romac was a decent company to work for until he came along and ruined everything,which everyone will tell you if you ever come to work on nights.If you have any issues on nights speak to Paul,he’s bang on and Luke,but anyone else,I wouldn’t even bother,I’d be suprised if the place is still open another year
