Just wanted to say that I have just received a replacement shower chair to replace 4553/EX the brakes on it look much improved thank you, I wanted to know is there anyway of altering the angle of the seat? As when it is wet I slid to the front and nearly come off, I never had this problem with the old one and always felt secure on it even when wet.

Don't even bother contacting them for after sales support. I wanted a 20p rubber grommet for my dads wheelchair and they wanted me to go to a dealer. So I asked a simple question What is the diameter of the pipe used in the footrests. They cannot be bothered to reply
