Purchased two roller doors from Rollerdor, 3 years ago. Had a issue with one and I was convinced the motor had failed, so I called their customer service department to request an engineer visit, firstly I was asked to send a picture of the safety brake as they were confident the motor was fine. Turned out to be the safety brake had done its job and saved damage to the motor and door. I was then walked through the process of resetting the safety brake by chap called Matthew, who was really patient and very helpful. Was convinced this issue was going to be expensive to rectify, but ended up being a 10 minute job and costed £0!! Great service, thanks!

Great service. I resorted to fixing our old garage door myself after trying several local companies who were simply not interested in the small job. Not much of a DIY-er, but this place listened to the problem, looked at my photos, sold me the spares I needed and took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to replace the worn-out parts. Recommended.

We needed a 3.5m electric roller door for our new house. Shopped around all over, once you go over 2.4m everywhere ramped the price up to the point of getting the builder to make the opening smaller. Then I phoned Rollerdor, they gave me a brilliant quote, 4 weeks later it was made and delivered. Fantastic service and the quality is excellent, also spoke with them for technical advice, and were really helpful. The door looks and works great. Thank you so much.

Shocking, we have a problem with our door installed by Rollerdor. Called them up to try to arrange a fix and the answer we got was we will send somebody around if we have somebody in the area. Update. Rollerdor now been in contact and have arranged a engineer visit which is welcome

This is a 10 year review; my Rollerdor was supplied and fitted in November 2012, at a very competitive price. It was fitted with great skill and competence quite early in the morning - despite the 300 miles the fitter had to travel to get to me. It still works perfectly - and with the original batteries. Thank you so much. In a world dedicated to extracting the very most in return for so very little you are as a diamond in a cow-pat; a little gem surrounded by . . . . (You follow me, I'm sure; keep on shining!).

If you are reading reviews before purchasing a door from this company, read the fine print and do not rely on any of their photos for the items they are selling. I am already in process of contacting the platforms they sell on and trading standards to ensure no one is caught out by their 1990s style selling tactics of using doctored images with fine print alterations of said product. They also managed to release personal identifiable information of two of their other customers by using my contact details for their consignment. There was absolutely no concern from their staff when I notified them. I’ll be contacting the ICO to ensure that both customers that had their information compromised are informed accordingly. Upon trying to remediate this with the after sales team, I was just victim blamed for the disappointing and substandard service provided by Rollerdor. I will note and commend their delivery driver being extremely kind; professional and understanding with delivering the item as my pregnant wife had to handle it, due to being unable to deliver on my requested dates.
