Communication between Rollerteam, Trigano and dealerships in UK is appalling. Have had a van on order since February 2022 for delivery in April 2022. Two of the three parties say it is scheduled for delivery week 52 (this week). The other party (Rollerteam) say that it has not been allocated a chassis yet!!! Who to believe?

After the legs from the table on my 2022 Pegaso fell off twice, I decided to investigate and the pictures say it all. Polystyrene covered by a thin veneer. No wonder the screws won't grip. Not great for a £75000 motorhome. I requested a new table under the warranty, but was sent the same as the old one,so not hopeful of it lasting. Absolute rubbish.

We follow the Rolling Rucks on YouTube and I cannot understand why the warranty has been voided in the way it has? It smacks of unethical and unfair practice and Rollerteam have turned their backs on them. Autotrail voided the warranty as they live in it? How does that work legally? It needs to be fit for purpose and testing should be robust to cover heavy usage. Clearly there's no confidence in the workmanship... Outrageous that the dealer isn't helping these guys given the ££££ they've spent.
