AVOID DERREN...AVOID RGS...A SCAM...VERY POOR LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. This is a cowboy service, and I wouldn't encourage anyone to use this service. He was paid in full, took advantage of a lady who didn't know the workings of the garage, and did cowboy work. A garage shutter he claimed to have repaired failed to work after he left and when he was informed, he has declined to return, only because he knew he had damaged the garage shutter. He is a scam and not fit to provide a service I can bet that most reviews here are false reviews from friends and family. You have further demonstrated your poor level of professionalism by smearing my name. My wife has contacted you severally, but you informed her you were not returning to rectify a garage you completely damaged. The only reason you have refused to return and come here to smear my character for giving you a poor review is because you are fully aware you completely damaged that garage. Once again, you are a scam...no wonder no new reviews have come here, sometimes people don't bother to leave a poor review and line with their loss, but my goal is that you never have the opportunity to take advantage of poor families and then resort to smearing the character of poor families. Trust Pilot is much more professional and will follow this through and not just delete my very poor review of my experience with you. A good workman will return to review the garage, but you simply declined, and there is proof of that.

I contacted Derren after my roller garage door stopped working. The garage doors were installed by Vecelli who turned to be infamous for installing bad doors under different names. Derren promptly arrived and inspected what was wrong and ordered the parts required and fitted it in all within a span of a week. Excellent service and very honest. Highly recommended.
