Have ordered a roll up banner from them, paid for 24 hour express service, received no proof of artwork, the banner was not delivered on time and they said it will take 3 more days as they are busy. If you are busy, don't accept orders and don't advertise express service on your site. Shanna has been horribly unhelpful, responding to my emails only after a follow up, very minimal communication on their part. Ended up ordering from another company and paying extra to get this done within next 3 hours. They offered no solution to this other than a refund, would have been great to know this in advance, not on the day we needed the banner. Avoid at all costs, awful service
