Sad that the light strips are no longer on the building but it’s still a nice building from the outside. Located in a quiet street where the entrance from the main road is being turned into a low traffic neighbourhood, the area are this iconic building is quiet and pretty.

Rolfe Judd wrote to myself and owners of residential flats in Lewisham to inform us they were appealing the refusal of their planning application to develop the roof-space of our flats. This was misleading information and seemingly an attempt to invite us to submit objections to their appeal before they had actually submitted their appeal. They have no direct connection to our flats and have made no attempt to engage with the owners, they seem purely keen to establish whether there is development potential on our roof-space.
