I had an incredible experience at this store yesterday. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staffs were incredibly friendly and attentive. John has literally gone above and beyond for me to acquire the time piece I wanted. He has been absolutely fantastic and took his time to really listen to what I wanted, and in return he explained things very thoroughly and always gave me an opportunity to ask any questions. Furthermore, John oozes passion and enthusiasm and I look forward to working with him again in the near future! I will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends and family.

We had wonderful experience with Prestons Leeds in our watch purchasing journey, ever since our first appointment with Chris to the time we collected our dream watch last week. Chris was very knowledgeable in explaining about various collections, waiting times and realistic expectations. He kept us informed on the progress though out the journey. Last week we received an email from Chris that our new watch is available. We were so thrilled and mesmerized by the beauty of the watch, which is much better on hand than seen in pictures. The whole process was very professional, they certainly made this experience very special and individual. We would definitely recommend Prestons Leeds and off course special commendation for Chris ! The problem with purchasing certain watches is that some view them as investments. This can make it quite tricky to purchase, but also changes the mindset of some authorised dealers. In my experience some AD’s see themselves as wealth makers as opposed to retailers. This changes the dynamic of the relationship, negatively, for the consumer and takes the joy out of the hobby. Rolex ( albeit Preston’s) in Leeds offer an honest and customer driven experience and have restored my faith in authorised dealers, having had some particularly bad experiences. Clearly the supply and demand, is an issue for them, but how they manage and guide their customers through this is very, well done. No games are played by them and if they say they will try to get you one, I genuinely believe that they will. They will not waste anyone’s time. All the team are very welcoming, but Chris was excellent. I spent quite a bit of time with him and clearly he has a love for the product, demonstrated by his knowledge Cannot praise him enough. I spoke to Sam as well ,who was also very good and professionally at dealing with my query. The best boutique of any watch brand in Leeds city centre.

Having visited a number of ADs over the last few years over 3 different continents, Prestons has been by far the best in terms of customer service both at the initial appointment stage all the way to collecting the watch. A special thanks to Katie who spent about an hour talking watches with a watch geek like myself and was always available to answer any of my questions.
