This company has been harassing me for years, I've never used their service yet they feel it's ok to email me every month. I've asked repeatedly to be removed from their mailing list and have tried blocking and reporting them but they keep sending messages from different accounts! I can only imagine the spam the send to their actual customers!

I bought 20 rolls of the Medallion turf as part of my garden project. I chose this looking for a long term premium finish. Unfortunately around 6 of the rolls were pretty poor quality. After raising this I had chat with Michelle from their customer service team who explained there had been some quality issues due to the hot summer and she agreed to refund me for these items. Hopefully when I order some more in the spring it will back to usual.

I can’t state strongly enough how poor my experience with Rolawn has been. My delivery was due on Friday. It is now Monday afternoon and despite numerous phonecalls I have been unable to get an answer as to when it will be delivered. I have had to go to another company who have assured next day delivery. AVOID ROLAWN AT ALL COSTS!
