A follow on in return to the owner's response. I wasn't angry at all, I was surprised to hear you didn't open till 5 when it said I could check in at 4 on my confirmation email. I also checked on booking.com and it gave me the option to book in even earlier so I would suggest you sort that issue. Also, you was rude and blunt, and the “room” was in the state ive said, hence the pictures. How you can expect an apology from me after charging me to stay in a filthy room with plants coming through the floor is beyond me. Although it does prove the locals point of the sort of man you are!!! A night in a shed!!! When I turned up I was greeted with a locked door, after ringing the camera door bell 3 times and a wait of 5 mins I had no answer. I then called the mobile number given to be told in a rude manner that they didn't open till 5 and that I should of checked first. Nowhere on booking.com did it state this, and my email confirmation even said I could check in from 4pm as that is what I requested. So, I found the local pub up the road to pass the time, whilst there o got talking to locals and the landlord, turns out the owner is renowned for being very rude and obnoxious. He's also banned from the local pub for the same reason! After having a few drinks I returned to the BnB to be greeted once again by a locked door, after ringing the door bell and waiting I once again had to call the number and again the man on the phone was rude and blunt. So, turns out my nice room is in fact a shed outside of the main building, not only is it cold with only one small oil heater, it's very loud (may as well be outside) it is dirty and also has plants growing in through the floor. Its a shame as over the next year I need a place to stay very often, it certainly won't be here.

Very poor customer service and single room full of mouses popping out of holes reported to the person on charge and he said there more scared of you then you of them even though I still had to try sleep there the mouse came out again later so I rang him and rang door bell and was ignored but him so tried to find different accommodation then finches o phone knocked really loudly and he finally came to the door o was passing the key of to him and asked for a refund he said no and then snatched key from me and still has no intention of giving me a refund.
