Was thinking about joining Roko because their spa area and pools - which seem OK. My one requirement for any gym/swimming pool is that the changing areas don't smell like urine. Tragically, the mens changing area and shower area smelled like urine. There were kids in, so this is likely the case. Didn't see any staff cleaning. Sorry, it's a no for me.

Started gym at the start of January. Clean and tidy gym. Only thing i'd have to say so far and not entirely the gyms fault but they could look out for it a bit more and either ask people to put them back or put them back themselves, is that people don't put their weights away. For me who's small and not that strong, this is a problem and hinders my workout and my confidence. Apart from that so far it's good!
