Had an industrial piercing done here a couple of years ago now. Only just writing a review because I wanted another piercing and wished I could come back here (but I no longer live in Nottingham), hence writing this review now! I wasn’t aware that for a scaffold piercing you were supposed to have a consultation prior, but the staff were just so accommodating that they were happy to do both. Couldn’t fault how friendly the staff were. The place was pristine clean and felt like a safe and comfortable environment. My piercer was super knowledgeable and he was so lovely throughout the process as I was extremely nervous. I really could not rave about this place enough. My industrial has healed super nicely too - thoroughly recommend this place!! Also, everyone looked super cool!! You knew you were in the right place!! Service: Ear piercing

Aiden is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, while Gemma made me feel very at ease during the procedure which was conducted quickly and with the utmost care for hygiene. At the recommendation of a friend, I dropped in for advice on getting my helix pierced. Rogue immediately offered clear helpful advice, so I decided to go ahead with booking in a piercing. They were able to book me in just 20 minutes later, which was ideal and far quicker than I expected, saving me a return trip to town. The service was excellent! All the staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable, e.g. explaining how the metal had been anodized for the stud earring I picked out. The actual piercing was done privately in a clean clinic space like a doctor's office, which I found reassuring. The piercer was highly professional, working fast and guiding my breathing to minimise pain. She suggested a location that would avoid the piercing catching on my glasses, which I appreciated. The aftercare instructions were comprehensive and clear, plus I was given spray sterile saline solution included in the piercing price. I have had my helix pierced before and this time it barely bled and the pain over the last few days has been minimal in comparison, which I can only attribute to the skill of the piercer. The cost was more than at other places, but well worth it. You get a higher quality service, expert piercing and a wider choice of starter earrings than most places. Service: Ear piercing

Kat was super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She listened & offered gr8 advice. Gemma did my piercing & again was so friendly, patient, kind & considerate.
