    Lady on reception today Saturday 29th April needs to have training for how to give customer service and maybe please and thankyou would b nice If I hadn’t of been served by her it would of been a lovely time and I would of given a 5 star I have always been given great customer service here in the past Also the ping pong table 1 think needs to b moved as it was forever being pinged down the bowling alley

    Unhelpful staff- says we have to book on line, I did this outside the building ( the staff didn’t advise this)! The pins didn’t drop very well and although paid for three games only had two due to the pins not dropping! Worse place out- toilets were disgusting too!
