All staff went above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. All througout are meetings and our communications, they give us the confidence that they would deliver, and they did. As smooth as silk, seamless, it was a big ask from us, one English ceremony, followed by an Indian ceremony, we were told that this was not possible by 5 other hotels and, we also mixed the Indian and the English food service with our own outside caterers. Rogerthorpe Manor, you have exceptional staff; Lee, Karen, Kerry, Victoia, Jo, Simon and the rest of the wedding and kitchen staff, headed by super calm Danny. Even down to the young lad on the gate and clearing rubbish, you were all magic! What a incredable experience. Take note everyone, Rogerthorpe Manor, you are the cutting of customer service! This is THE WEDDING VENUE PAR EXCELLENCE. Nila & Jeff - 27 May 2023.

25.05.2923 approx 5.15pm greated by an extremely rude mysodgenistic man on reception , to say he was talking down to me would be an understatement sniggering at me when I walked in and asked if I had someone staying with me I replied no he said hmm ok that’s strange oh no that was Joan wasn’t it? Eh? Then asked if he could charge my card I said yes he replied is that cos it’s someone else’s card you booked with? excuse me my card has my name on it so does mY ID Then made a snotty remark about how he was about to pass me my room card but I’ve already snatched it from the paper, (what?!) gave an extra star for the food onely

Was a friends wedding...staff were brilliant! Lee the concierge had it sussed!! I mean he was even on the ball to fetch a bottle of water for a coughing during the service!!
