I have a loft conversion and have attempted to hang out if the window and clean the fascia and windows which made it look worse. The loft fascia and window frames haven't been cleaned on the outside for 12 years since we had it. One of Roger's guys came today and the frames and fascia look like new. We have one window on the back which is due to be replaced as it is 25 years old, it looks exactly the same as the newer windows now. I cannot recommend this company enough. On the 27th April 2011 I was looking to get some experience in the window cleaning industry with a view to building up my own round. I telephoned over 30 window cleaning that day to ask for some work experience. One of the two few companies that actually responded to my call was Roger Needle. Roger very kindly let me work with and observe one of his talented teams for several days, despite that fact that there was absolutely nothing in it for him, (and having an inexperienced person present with operational teams on the front line is not exactly an ideal situation for a very busy company.) You can tell a lot about people by the way they treat others who don't have a lot to offer them, and Roger Needle treated me with generosity, and gave me, so to speak, a step up the first rung of the ladder. He also took time out of his schedule to answer my question and show me the ropes. Nearly 10 years later, I am now lucky enough to head up a talented window cleaning team of my own, and none of this would have happened without the kindness that Roger Needle extended to me that day.

We rang and asked for a quote which was given over the phone, we accepted and was told the window cleaner would come on Friday morning between 8 and 12 o’clock. As there was no sign of anyone or even a phone call by 2.30 we phoned them and they said they had run out of water, they would come the next day between the same times. This time we waited until 2.45 when he actually turned up. We decided enough was enough and sent him away. We have since employed another company who charge £4 less and turn up on time and have done a wonderful job. I don’t think this is a way to treat a new customer. Still never received an apology from the company. Appalling!!
