I wouldn't recommend Roger at all, he acting for a party further down the chain in our recent sale/purchase. I would honestly say I have never come across such a unprofessional and uncommunicative agent before. The chain almost fell through when his client's buyer pulled out and it didn't appear that he pushed as hard as he should have to find a new buyer. He was also unavailable anytime other agents tried to contact him and was very poor with the updates he did provide with key information missing. The level of stress added by his poor communication skills was unbelievable. The goal posts changed with every update he provided leading us to think we had everything needed for exchange only to find out that that wasn't the case. All in all a terrible service.
