Rooms: Good Food & drinks: None existing Noteworthy details: Really bad roads and the management is terrible. They are in just for the money and sell chalets. There is no investment on the roads, illumination, and infrastructure. Playground: None existing

Lovely, peaceful place to stay. Our cabin had a hot tub which was lovely and overlooked a field with wild foxes and rabbits in it. Not really a place for children but ideal for peace and relaxation as a base for a holiday x

We booked an excellent independent lodge on this predominantly retirement or locals own holiday home site. It is very relaxing and surrounded by nature, but is still having the site developed by workmen laying foundations for lodges (all uniform) to be sited there and is in the early 3+ years of partial opening with lodge sites to be filled. This is not a standard holiday site with a reception, club house, children's play area etc for those seeking these facilities, neither does it have a public footpath or local pub outside of the site. It is for island country walkers to explore and peace and quiet in the countryside needing your own transport to Ryde beach, Tesco supermarket and to explore this "unspoilt by progress" island the Isle of Wight is. Although if the weather was not favourable being a predominantly outdoor nature site and location this could be leaving you with issues to fill your hours, but Osborne House and St Mildred's church with royal connections would be excellent starting points.

(Translated by Google) Stayed at Fox run with my family for 4 nights at half time in February. The cottage was very clean, new and a nice two bed cottage. Everything I needed was provided by the owner, including barbecue grills, bath towels, cooking utensils, milk, chocolate, muffins, bananas, apples, and wine. 5 minutes by car to the beach and 5 minutes to the restaurant area, the location is also great. I definitely want to stay again in the summer!
