Blocked a country lane today for 40 minutes when there was no need to do so. Driver refused to pull into the driveway, or pull over to let traffic pass which he easily could have done. Called the company & they were very rude. Caused utter chaos for so many drivers. Very thoughtless and inconsiderate company.

Called at noon to see how quickly someone could come and empty our tank (bit of a panic as it was very very full!), arrived at 9.15am the next morning and emptied!. Always the same first class service and such friendly employees to. Thanks guys
