STAY AWAY Don't hold their landlords responsible for any of the standards they set out on their website. House was disgusting when handed over, required 2 days of cleaning by tenants to be in a livable state. Garden was a tip, with building rubble left. House was full of private possessions of the landlord/previous tenants. Also attempted to take money away from deposit despite property being returned in a much better condition than when received. Zero support throughout dispute over deposit, very hard to contact - then very unprofessional and petty when you finally manage to get through to them. Would leave 0 star review if possible.

Shame there is no 0 star options for these absolute cheating scammers. The landlord called Muki is the one we dealt with and comes up with all sorts of excuses to not even answer a call. Keeps delaying the deposit payback and then made up damage claims trying to reduce the deposit amount. Just like the previous reviews said so it seems to be a pattern. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE GUYS!!

The landlords attempted to unfairly take all of our deposits and told us not to contact them again. They refused to give us our deposit protection scheme details and I very much doubt that they ever protected our deposit. Eventually we did manage to settle but not for nearly 3 months. On the plus side the house was good and the landlords did fix the washing machine and tumble dryer when they broke fairly quickly which is why they are not receiving a 1 star review. On balance however unless they change I would avoid in future.
