The service was fine. The thing I found disappointing was the price for new brake disc and pads. £500 is very extreme! When I asked why it was so much it was because they are genuine parts with the work carried out by Kia specialists. Took it to my local garage. He priced up with the brakes that are already on there (fitted by Kia) he priced it £220 that includes labour and vat. Can you explain to my why you can charge an extra £280. Also to note he has been a qualified mechanic for 47 years and has worked for numerous main dealer. So I would say he was a very qualified.

Hi Disappointed with collection from home service was told that they would aim to collect vehicle between 8 and 11 but had not been collected by 12, I rang the office and they apologised and would send Somebody out when they returned from lunch. They arrived about 1 and vehicle was returned by 4.30 service carried out.
