After reading reviews on here I am not the only one. They refused a parcel from EBay well within the size regulation and the item is now lost at the Royal Mail depot in Ireland. I wouldn’t use them if I were you EBay need to delist them as a collection point.

This is an official collection point for Ebay parcels. Returned parcel to sender telling them “no longer needed”. Shocking. I do not think it was too big. And if they would have rules for size then it should not be allowed to be sent there before purchasing.

Like so many other reviews they simply refused to accept an item from eBay because it was deemed to large - (the item was 95cm long and a foot height & depth.) of course when confronted they said I should know the ships size and therefore the size policy ?! “Take it up with EBay I’m not answering anymore questions” was the reply from the shop owner when asked why they haven’t sorted policy information out ? Now I’m stuck with the seller subtracting the delivery from the item refund. Do not use this shop for collection

Unhelpful arrogant staff. On the collect plus sign up but refuse to take any parcel larger than a shoe box. Wouldn’t use these guys, be wary waste of time.

This morning they refused to accept a parcel delivered to them by UPS as an eBay ‘collect’ service. The sender is going to have to re-label it and re-send it. I am very angry. What is the point of choosing Rococo if they refuse to accept a parcel? This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with them; last year they disclaimed all knowledge of another package and just said ‘we probably returned it’. Despite two days earlier when I collected another, telling me they had a second package which they refused to give me without the eBay confirmation barcode. Neither the sender, Royal Mail, nor I, ever saw it again. I strongly advise people not to use this agent as a collection point.
