Wow, first time here since before Easter and the shop looked beautiful. Was served by Nadeem & Lorraine who were wonderful and gave me the most wonderful experience. I was delighted to see the Belgravia staff here as that was my usual store. Can't wait to go back. Loved the praline they sampled me with, simply the best!

I first came across Rococo chocolates, through a TV documentary on 2011. And when I went to the shop, I wasn’t disappointed. The chocolates were amazing. And I became a loyal customer until Rococo Chocolates were taken over from their initial owners. In 2021, I went to get my all time favourite the Rose dark chocolate bar. It wasn’t the same. The chocolate didn’t taste fresh, I couldn’t taste the rose… A total disaster! Just stay AWAY, it is NOT the same

This review is for both the Marlyebone and Chelsea shops in London. I dropped in to Marylebone hoping to find some rabbit-themed chocolates for Chinese New Year. Very nice and helpful staff member told me they were out of stock, but offered to call the Chelsea branch and see if they had any available. They did and put two bags aside with my name which I headed straight over to pick up from equally nice staff at Chelsea who had the bags by the til waiting for me. An excellent experience. Highly recommended.
