I hired Rocky to create 2 sets of outfits for 3 male relatives, who would be flying to the UK from the US to attend a family event. I sent Rocky my family members' measurements, photographs and chosen styles. Following this, Rocky advised that the chosen styles were out of date and would not show off the high quality of the material that we would be using. Rocky then advised my family members and I on the latest styles which would be more appropriate for the material that had been purchased. Working with Rocky - Rocky was incredibly professional and showed a high level of expertise when advising us on styles. I also appreciate the fact that he had the courage to let us know that the chosen styles were out of date, as my family members and I were unware of current styles. Rocky was also incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us as customers, to make sure that we had a good experience with him and that we looked our best. The result - All of the men in my family used 4 different tailors but the clothes produced by Rocky were by far the best! Despite Rocky not having taken the measurements himself, the clothes fit perfectly. There was a high attention to detail that was evident in the clothes that were sewn. i.e. the pocket squares that were created matched the colour of the men's caps and women's gele perfectly. I would definitely recommend Rocky and would use his services again. If I was asked to describe Rocky I would say that he is professional tailor, with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
