We have certified instructors who give a safety briefing and provide all necessary equipment. Customers are required to wear a harness and helmet, and are attached to a safety line at all times while on the course.Do you provide equipment, or do customers have to bring their own?

Simply amazing! Took our 8yr old autistic son. He was struggling on the aerial course, he lost his confidence and was getting tearful and without asking or prompting, Emily suddenly appeared up there with him and talked him around the entire course one to one. Her language was clear and concise and he completely listened to, understood and trusted her. My husband and I were blown away by how amazing she was, thank you so much Emily for making this the absolute highlight of our holiday and helping our son to achieve something brilliant. We will never forget how awesome you were!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had such a fantastic couple of hours and joined in with my boyfriends 7 year old this time, the cave was a little tough to get through but all the other activities where great fun, I will definitely be back

The most exilerating experience I have ever done. The staff were amazing, really friendly and we felt very safe throughout the experience. We went as a group of 10 people (way cheaper if you do a group booking). The added touch of the video recording was brilliant too. Highly recommend.

Great fun, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I went here with some of my friends and it’s definitely something I would do again. The speed wall is great, as are all the other climbs and the challenges on each climb are a great little additional perk, I had great fun and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some fun! 😁👍

Great fun for the kids, safety is really well upheld. Very busy however and sometimes needed to wait a while for staff to be available for certain activities, we didn't mind waiting but when you have a set time slot it eats into your time. Staff were extremely helpful though :)
