Waiting for order to arrive but wanted to share the great experience we had in the shop. A floor lamp caught my eye but knowing we live 200 miles away, taking home wasnât an option and it was half price as the last one! Ladies arranged shipping and explained time frames etc, made us feel valued and we added extra items. It was a large price for impulse purchase for us but the shop is fab and I will certainly watch the website too. Canât wait for items to arrive đ

I will start by saying I have been really impressed with the customer service I was given. There were no delays and I was treated kindly and respectfully. My complaint was resolved very quickly and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you for that experience, Rockett St George. Sadly though, I was very disappointed with my products. I ordered two barstools, one of the legs was bent on one, but the box was in perfect condition, so I don't believe it happened in transit. The other was missing the protective plastic feet at the end of the legs. The colour was also disappointing. I understand that colour can vary in person compared to a computer screen, but this is another level. In the photos the chairs are a warm, rich yellow. In person they have a green undertone. I felt that the product photos were misleading. Also the "factory smell" on the chairs is very strong and smells musty. While in communication about these issues, I was told I shouldn't have been able to order the barstools, as they're not supposed to be eligible for international shipping (I'm in the Netherlands). Just bizarre. In summary, I wasn't happy with the products at all, but I am happy with how the situation was handled and resolved.

Ordered a hand ornament which took 2 weeks for delivery although payment was taken immediately. The hand turned up with a hole at the bottom of the base so I returned it. It took 2 weeks for it to be collected by the couriers. I then asked how long for the refund and was advised it can take up to 14 days but a lot of times sooner. After 14 days had to chase the refund and it was then finally done. I know some of it fell into the Christmas period but 6 weeks is ridiculous! Such a long process which has put me off from ordering anything else. Which is a shame as they have some quirky itemsâŚ

I made a visit to this shop very recently, and was hugely disappointed. I know that commercial space is premium, but it just does not deliver what you would expect from this company, as a 'one-off' central london furniture and interior representation of a normally good online store. It mainly displays small items ie wall art and display objects etc. Seems more like a second thought, a 'pop-up' shop. Disappointing.
