I was looking to swap in my drum kit for for an electric kit, I wasn’t expecting much, however RockBottom music went above and beyond, they gave me everything I needed as a straight up swap. From double pedals to headphones to accommodate my play styles for no extra price, I highly recommend this store. You will be met with kindness and professionalism. Carl and his team are absolutely amazing, genuine and friendly! I just wanted to change my son's guitar strings and the service they provided was just fantastic. I didn't know there was something wrong with the guitar, but Carl and his team found that out without even me asking them and spent nearly 1.5 amazingly patient hours to fix it. They could have easily just changed the strings and let me go, instead they out of pure good will decided to fix it. No idea how to thank them enough. I think this is the last remaining music shop in Croydon and it is just phenomenal a place beyond words. Thank you so much Carl and team. Real musicians you are! Your service is unmatched!
