Came to the garage for assistance with alloy lock as the locking Wheel Nut was faulty and starting from Geoof in Parts , to Chris in workshop and Forhad to Troy the Customer Assistant who helped they were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. Bearing in mind a few years ago I gave this place a negative review and wouldve never returned . They have surely turned themselves around and remain ever so helpful. Terrible service. Gave my car a week ago. Athough booked 1-2 weeks prior but was told no body was available to pickup and drop the car, replacement car was not available. Chris did help, kept me regularly updated and arranged a courtesy car but when he was out of work he handed over my matter to Monty. Since then I never received a single update about my car. I have been tried to call them but nobody is answering calls. I will not recomend using thier service centre.
