This is a great facility and we have enjoyed our previous visits (through birthday parties) here. So we organised our daughter's sixth birthday party and had a horrible experience. First of all we didnt have enough staff on the floor to help the kids. I spent all my time running around and helping the kids in my group as well as other kids. We ordered food for additional 4 kids and it was completely missed. When we tried to order food at the cafe they basically refused saying we wouldnt get the food in time. I am giving 1 star for the facility and 1 star for the couple of girls who tried to help us. Over all very poor experience.

Great experience for the kids and adults, the only thing I would say was the manager was funny about taking photos when your child is climbing the wall and your inside the area with them?

Firstly my son has an amazing time and the young lady doing the induction was excellent, the place was great for kids but they will need plenty of stamina. On the down side it’s pretty clear that the climbing equipment hasn't been cleaned for a long time, considering that it’s fairly obvious that skin from hundreds of people has been deposited on the equipment there doesn’t seem to have been any cleaning done for quit a while if ever.

Nice place and overall a good hangout place for kids and families with average cafe (cafe staff can’t handle the crowd and pressure and just say No for the food orders!) But most important thing to know about this place is it has become very unhygienic, filthy, dirty and it seems like it has not been cleaned since COVID times! The RockUp walls, ropes and specially the ‘grip’ slots on the walls are terribly filthy and visibly dirty!!!! It’s sad to see such a nice place not being maintained for basic cleanliness and Hope the management takes a note of this and maintain hygiene and cleanliness

Great activity for the kids, lots of different walls to climb. Soft play for the littler ones and good prices!

Mainly, we felt that the place wasn't clean. Hand sanitizer stations were empty. Considering hands and shoes straight off the street touch the walls, we were not encouraged to wash hands before or after. Our hands were noticably dirty after climbing. The cafe tables and floors were messy and dirty, even though staff didn't seem to be doing much with them selves, they did not wipe or sweep up. The cafe and soft play area, smelled a bit sweaty too. Even though we pre booked food, we cancelled that and got a refund as we couldn't stay in there. Would be better to supply climbing shoes.

We visit this please really often is quite nice and our little one really enjoyed there, The only reason why I give one star is because of the gate on the second floor is constantly open from non responsible parents, I will ask the store manager to keep an eye on it, Because kids under 5 playing there and could be really dangerous…

The operating hours should be same as shown on website. I came with my child around 7pm on Thursday and we were not allowed to enter. The staff said they need to do cleaning.

Went early to be able to get my 3 year old in there and she loved it. She's been asking for over a year to go in and it didn't disappoint her
