    The guy at the reception didn’t look very happy to see us for some reason. Bought three lollipops for my kids and one slipped dropped to the floor and broke, he wasn’t too happy about that. So paid for another one. Then my card got declined and he wasn’t happy (though there was no problem with my card before & after I bought the lollipops). I felt it was intentional but paid him cash instead. Not very customer friendly I must say. But the climbing seemed to be very interesting, seeing other kids were enjoying it.

    Brilliant for the kids to burn some energy and let off some steam, very friendly and clean. I would recommend booking online beforehand, we have done both walk in and booking online, the latter is so much quicker and easier!

    Great for kids. Staff are great, really helpful and friendly. Everything will organised and well set up. Very safe for kids, and they get a good sense of achievement when they complete the climbs.
