Such a good place for the kids to play, such a shame it’s so dirty. After asking the staff to get someone to clean up, still no action. Then going on to read reviews every one says the same. They employ really young kids who have not much customer service experience or skills.

Great fun for the kids. Parents/Guardians/Caregivers can also get a wristband allowing them to be in the climbing area so that they can attach/detached their charges without having to wait for a staff member to do it. Though they're pretty good at getting to the kids quickly anyway. There's a small soft play area for the younger kids if they're bored of climbing, or haven't burnt up enough energy. Cost is reasonable in comparison to similar activities. Staff are polite and friendly. Tables aren't always cleaned after use immediately during busy periods, but this is really the only gripe that comes to mind.
