‼️WARNING ‼️ Just wanted to make people aware about a negative experience with Rock Paper Scissors ✂️. We’ve used this hairdressers for our residents for many years however on the past few occasions when they have had their appointments they’ve returned with poor/ridiculously uneven haircuts. I tried to discuss this with the manager of the hairdressers however received quite a rude and abrupt response with no responsibility willing to be taken. Even after showing photos and asking the manager if she herself would have been satisfied if she’d left a hairdressers having received a hair cut like that, to which she responded that she wouldn’t. I explained I’d only gone there out of respect to make her aware of the issue, to which she responded “I don’t know what you expect me to do about it” I explained if it couldn’t be dealt with or no responsibility was willing to be taken I would be filing a report with trading standers to which the response was ‘That’s fine I’m all good with them anyways’. Even a simple acceptance of responsibility would have been appreciated when going to them with such a complaint. Having looked at reviews this salon seemed welcoming and professional however whether this is an isolated situation or not, multiple of our residents have had similar experiences over the last few months.
