    Nicky is an excellent teacher. She always takes into account the fitness levels of her class giving different levels of yoga moves according to each person’s ability. She is a kind caring teacher - always listening. I love the relaxation part at the end of the class when Nicky had the ability to make me drift off and I could happily sleep there on the floor!

    Nicky has been training me since July 2021, fitness has never come easily to me, and I find myself now in March 2022 with a completely different outlook to fitness, diet and nutrition, all thanks to Nicky. I can’t speak for her other clients, of which there are many, but I have never found her sessions easy, they are tough but achievable. She is encouraging, but will push you to go that little bit further than you thought possible, all done with a smile and incredible humour. I can’t rate Nicky highly enough. I’m in the best shape of my life and fit enough to enjoy my midlife crisis… running further than I thought possible, lifting heavy weights and feeling good both physically and mentally.

    If you are searching for an excellent yoga class, look no further. Rock fitness and yoga classes are absolutely brilliant. Nicky is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher and always gives tons of encouragement. Her classes are suitable for all, from newbies to seasoned yogis. She will always show alternatives to poses to suit your ability and reminders about posture. Whatever your level, you will feel as though you have worked hard but will still leave feeling relaxed. I have been practising yoga with Nicky for 6 years and there's no other teacher I'd rather be on my yoga journey with (I've tried a fair few!) Her classes massively help to keep my niggles in check and my mind balanced. What more could you want?! I can't recommend Nicky enough.

    I attend weekly yoga classes with Nicola. She is very professional in how she conducts the class and includes everyone, what ever level you are at. Nicola is always cheerful and positive and the classes are very enjoyable. Even though the classes are on zoom at the moment you still get alot out of the classes.

I really enjoy Nicky's positive energy and encouraging style of teaching, her classes are accessible to all ages and levels of fitness and leave me feeling totally refreshed! Even during the online classes Nicky still provides personalised feedback and encouragement to each student.     Nicky will certainly motivate and inspire you to find your edge and push that little bit further. Her classes are fun but focused and geared up with options for every level. Starting out on my yoga journey on the wrong side of 50 was intimidating, but with Nickys encouragement and guidance, I’m so glad I took the plunge and have found huge physical and mental health benefits. Everyone in the group is warm and welcoming.. even as we’ve transitioned to live lessons on zoom. Give it a go!
