Great company. From the first point of contact, Julie and Jackie have been fantastic to deal with and have dealt with my enquires effortlessly and in such a friendly manner. Matthew conducted our Risk Assessment and he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Having been given the task of finding out what we as a company needed to do regarding Legionella Legislation and getting more and more confused the more I looked into it; the team at Glisten Water turned this around and helped to make it a much more enjoyable learning curve! I attended the Legionella Awareness Training ran by Martin which was excellent. I thought I would struggle to understand being a complete novice to Legionella Legislation but Martin made it fun and easy to follow and stressed the key points we needed to go back and address at our places of work. This course is a must for anybody dealing with H&S in their workplace. Glisten Water have a fantastic team and the great friendly service has really been appreciated. I would highly recommend. I wish I had found them earlier!!
