Extremely large and painful speedbumps. I couldn't possibly have gone slower and my car scraped all along the bottom. Never going back here unless I have the need to destroy my suspension

I used this car park when the other car parks were unavailable. I expected this to be busy during the festival times in Rochester. Queued to get in and the speed bumps are high! Found a space near the top floor. Only found one machine to pay for the parking which is located at the entrance.

The car park would be 5 stars but for the terrible speed bumps. The lanes and spots are fairly wide, there are lots of electric charging spaces, and decent stairwells. But our normal sized compact Toyota scraped on the speed bumps even when going carefully through which wasn't great.

Car park was completely full. No sign to notify drivers. And cars were still being let in. Along with many others we went all the way to the top only to have to do a three point turn and come back down again. There were EV points free. Even though we have an EV we didn't really need a charge and didn't have the relevant app anyway. I have enough on my phone which take £10 whenever you sign up. Why can't these points just be set up to take debit/credit cards? We exited having wasted our time. Awful. Avoid this car park.

New numberplate recognition system installed. Let's you in when there are no free normal spaces. Only spaces available were for the electrical charge points. Spoke with staff who said they knew it was an issue. They stated there is still a high probability you'd get a ticket if you parked a non-electric car in one of the spaces. Took a chance but thankfully no penalty change was issued on this occasion. Other than the poorly implemented payment systems, the carpark now seems cleaner and more secure than previously. Was more or less completely full at 10:00 on a week day. Usually a little better over your average weekend. Note that this car park does not take cash payments. Chargeable between 7am and 1am using card, contactless, Autopay, RingGo PayLater or the Go Mobon parking app. This is designated as a long stay (up to 18 hours). A new charging period starts at 7am.
