Andrew was so gentle and careful. The whole process was painless, as I had followed the instructions on the website and used Earol to soften my ear wax. I used to use Otex, but I didn't realise it contains bleach! Why would anyone pour bleach in their ears and not expect them to be sensitive and sore??? Anyway, the online booking was smooth as silk, and the microsuction procedure was comfortable and a complete success. I can thoroughly recommend this professional service.

My husband has paid for ear cleaning (for 2 ears) but on the day of the appointment they can't clean the other ear as it was slightly bleeding. My husband was told to let it heal and come back to have it cleaned, as we paid for 2 ears. Today my husband phoned to ask for appointment for the other ear (as it has healed already) and he was told he is just entitled to a 40% discount voucher but he needs to pay again. Avoid them! They want us to pay again for a service we have already paid for! Please read the comments fist (I wish I had) before deciding to go! Waste of money! P.S The ear cleaning was not great either.
