I recently had a fireplace installed and can't commend the guys in the store and the installers highly enough. It took me a while to decide what I wanted and I was given lots of advice and information to help me along the way. When I changed my order, this was no problem and the fitting date was arrange within a very reasonable timeframe. On the fitting day I was not in and so had provided the shop with a key. I was kept informed throughout, and the installation from my side went without a hitch. The gas supply had been disconnected to the room and so a new connection was needed, which has been fitted so neatly next to the meter, thanks for this guys, because it is so easy to take the easy route to fit something 'quick and dirty' and you took the time to fit this properly, and the results really do show. The fireplace itself is awesome and has made a huge difference to my home. Thanks guys, great job!!!

Great service in the shop but when it came to actually have somebody round to measure up it was a whole different story. We booked in for someone to come round on 27/10, didn’t hear anything from them so we called the day before for an approx eta and to make sure this was still going ahead. We sat in all afternoon and finally called them to see when someone would be arriving. They said they would try and contact the installer/builder that was coming round and get back to us. We didn’t hear anything else from them again. After 4 hours of waiting, we had to go out and obviously that was when they turned up (we could see on our security cameras). We tried calling again to see what had happened and potentially arrange another time, and nobody ever called us back. Awful customer service and we have now gone elsewhere

Excellent service provided throughout from talking with Keith in the shop to the installation. I was very impressed with how they took care of the room and covered everywhere in dustsheets. They were very efficient and were able to fit our log burner in under 4 hours. I have already recommended to my neighbours should they want their fireplaces redone then this is the place to visit. Thanks again for your help, we are delighted with our new burner :)
