I dealt with Dan, who is knowledgeable, reassuring and pragmatic - we were offered a solution that best met our needs at a good price point. Scheduling was easy and quick. On day 1 Dan arrived promptly and proceeded diligently and at pace. The work was conducted in a safe manner with minimal disruption and the property was left clean. The final product/finishing is excellent and Dan proved not only to be professional but a highly personable man too (he didn’t even eat too many biscuits!). Excellent service. High quality. Preparation for the work was amazing, they moved any furniture necessary. They were polite and friendly and happy to answer any questions. Their standard of work is exemplary. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would certainly recommend them. After the work was completed they hoovered and moved furniture back in place.

We recently purchased our second buy-to-let property at auction. All walls on ground-floor were damp to some degree. We obtained three reports/quotes from local timber and damp companies. Decided to go with Rochester Building and Damp as their surveyor seemed the most knowledgeable and his report was the most comprehensive. So glad we did go with them. Excellent job throughout. No damp and nicely painted throughout. Also, they were very reasonably priced.
