I've been here for blood testing several times (sent from my own GP) and each visit I've parked easily, been seen on time, and the receptionist was polite. The nurse was great, she was kind and caring and put me at ease.

This has been my GP for numerous years very clean very friendly and very polite always go and try to go above and beyond for me as I expect the proud NHS to be . This is a small family friendly gp drs are great although it’s small talk with a few drs here but some do take time to ask how you are and wait to hear you out before speaking which is great really gives you chance to voice over your concerns and feeling no interruptions Waiting times for appointments recently have been pushed further apart now but I think it’s due to them being busier maybe.there’s been a few mistakes due to miscommunication with the desk and drs I think I had in the past but nothing for a while it’s a real great place and make you feel welcome and wanted there’s litrally very few surgeries around now which have the care and respect for patients like these guys have I’d highly recommend there great 👍🏻

Reception staff courteous enough on phones Practice manager and management staff poor at getting back re query around treatment. Query raised and acknowledged on the 3rd sep. No response as of yet a month on. Left messages to speak to practice manager past 2 weeks and no response or call back. Poor experience for pts and pts relatives

Great place with wonderful staff. It was no problem with making an appointment for my son, they even phoned me to ask how is he feeling! Same for me, I have lost my voice due to the sore throat and sent a message for my doctor via nhs app. He phoned me and prescribed medicines! The ladies at the reception are wonderful, very kind and well organised. Nurse Deborah is the best nurse in the world. I am with them for 13 years now, we have never had a problem! I remember my husband had an evening appointment (some time ago) and he was coming late from work because of the traffic. They have been waiting for him even thought it was time to close the surgery.

This place is a sorry excuse for a doctors, never get my blood results, when I ring for an appointment the receptionist wants to know the ins and outs and after that says she made me an appointment and actually NEVER. Sent me off for scans and still had no results nearly 4 weeks later. Had nothing but problems with these since I joined, would avoid in future

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. The practice nurse ( Deborah ) is brilliant and I’m always able to see someone if urgent. I’m totally needle phobic and the staff here have been so accommodating. Highly recommend:)
