I have had a bad experience at rochdale borough council. I came in with housing benefit and council tax form .I needed some help filling the form because I am registered blind it was very difficult for me as i asked help at the reception they rejected it and told me they can't help me.they ask me to get help from family members or a friend. I was so disappointed by them it was so stressful. Council is there to help the public but I was let down by them it's shameful.
