No interest shown in aftersales care. We have a problem with one of their blinds. We sent an email but got no reply. We eventually made contact by phone.They made an appointment but failed to turn up...no explanation, no apology. We are forced to take our business elsewhere.

So far so good. Have not ordered any blinds yet. Probably will as the service was excellent. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. 17th July. We need blinds through out our house . Nobody has been in contact. Disgusting service. I would tell anyone not to bother with them.!!!
