Unfortunately my overall feeling is one of disappointment in Rocca. The showroom sales lady was very helpful (Jenny) the fitters were polite and pleasant. However, the measurements of the quartz were wrong. On my template day the end panels were not in place. My joiner and the templater had a discussion and I was told (by the Rocca templater) that this happens all the time and they just add on the measurements. There were to be three end panels of 18mm each to be added. Two weeks later when the worktops arrived and were to be fitted, the quartz for the island was too small. One of the 18mm had not been included in the measurement. The joiner had to return to saw the end panels off, move the island closer together and add bits of end panel on to a middle section to make it look like there was a panel in place. This resulted in chipped paint, edges that are rough and a finish that is far from perfect. The worktop was then fitted but the island underneath is damaged. It is so disappointing when spending thousands of pounds. I was to fill out a survey after fitting and I expected a call back about my experience but the call never came. One of the fitters apologised on behalf of Rocca at the time of fitting, but I don’t feel this is good enough. The template shouldn’t have taken place when my kitchen wasn’t ready. As a consumer you do not know that there is zero tolerance when it comes to worktop fitting, but the templater should not have taken measurements when the need for 100% accuracy is required. He should have returned and charged me for a return visit. I would have preferred this inconvenience than what I am left with now.

Got our Fugen Amber worktop installed by Rocca a few weeks ago, and very happy with the process, the price, and the end result. Happy to recommend Rocca Worktops. I got quotes from a lot of installers in Glasgow, but we were won over by Rebekah showing us around the back where they cut their stone so that we could see real examples of projects they're working on in the stones that we liked. Also, our kitchen needed a little over one slab, and other installers were quoting us for the full 2 slabs which didn't sit well with me. Rocca were happy to quote me for 1.5 slabs, saving me money as well. Templating was booked in about a week where a couple of friendly guys came with a very cool laser device to measure everything. Installation was about a week after that and all went smoothly.

From helping us narrow down styles (as there are so many brilliant ones available), to measurement and fitting, it was so simple. Everyone we dealt with was lovely , professional, and gave us really good advice on practicalities. We are thrilled with the worktops and would recommend to anyone.

We've researched a range of suppliers to provide a new set of worktops for our kitchen but could not identify one that could adequately deal with our requirements. We visited the Rocca showroom in Hillington and from meeting Jenny onwards things clicked. Jenny's outline plan, followed up by Cameron's detailed visit a week later ensured that we initiated the changeover and things began to move. With the arrival of Thomas and Valdi to provide the actual work we knew our kitchen was in professional hands. The joiners were tidy workers and together solved each problem as it arose without a quibble or debate. Both men were a delight to have in our home and we trusted them. The finished job was achieved within two days and we are very pleased with the results. I have no problem recommending Rocca and would happily use the company again.
