A real novelty. We've visited twice in the past year for birthdays. The food is nice, not exactly gourmet, but you get what you pay for. They offer a few vegan options and the vegetable pizza with vegan cheese is what I had on both visits. The staff are super enthusiastic and have been great interacting with my very enthused stepson on both occasions. Check the website for add-ons to your experience, we went for a whole birthday cake delivered by a singing robot. It is a bit of a cheek having to pay £5 per head entrance fee, in my opinion.

This is a place for kids really, food and service were excellent, i was disappointed with the robots, and having to pay an extra £5.50 is a bit of a liberty

This was a very under whelming experience. The robots were good but everything else was a disappointment. The food was overpriced and paying to just sit in there felt a bit of a rip off when the kids were bored after seeing two robots. For being a children's based restaurant some form of children's colouring would be good. The wait time was long for a quiet Thursday. Staff nice but forgot a few things. Also thought was a bit rude as asked if we would like our change.Wouldn't go expecting to much. Staff were nice but everything felt slow. I've read lots of reviews saying food was amazing it wasnt. It's ok but overpriced. Most adults meals are average £20 when you've paid £5 to sit there it isn't worth it. There was no buzz in this place. Our server was lovely enough. We wouldn't go back or recommend it.

We really enjoyed our visit to Robotazia. Our waitress Jade was brilliant and made us feel very welcome, taking time to speak to the children and have a laugh with them. Food was alright, pricey for what it is but it was a great experience being served by the robots

If you like eating an awful meal and being charged a fortune for the pleasure of it then here is the place! Food is disgusting. Among 6 of us, food was overly salty so you order and pay for more drinks, the macaroni cheese tasted like it came out of a tin, salad was coated in balsamic that it was inedible and the chicken wings were flavourless. Puddings were from costco and frozen in the middle. Paid online for my daughter to have a robot sing happy birthday to her, it never came and she watched everyone else have it sung to them. Bought all this up with the server and the manager refused to see us and let the poor college kid deal with the complaint. All they took off for the meal was the birthday cake that id already paid for online! No apology at all! On top of this the seperate booking fee to get in is extortionate. Not worth it all all. AVOID

The service as absolutely fantastic, from the moment we walked in. Very welcoming and down to earth. The whole restaurant decor is the best I have seen. The interaction from the robots kept our children entertained throughout. We travelled an hour to come here and will definitely travel here again! Thankyou so much, you have been recommended to all of our friends and family. Kid-friendliness: Fantastic entertainment for the kids. So much to look at and very interactive.

Amazing place. Went for a birthday meal out and it didn't disappoint. The human staff are great and attentive; the robot staff are amazing and very entertaining; the whole place is really well kept and the exhibits are fantastic. I had expected them to rest on their robotic laurels but the food is exceptionally good - we had the curried goat and cheeseburger, with cake for dessert. The curried goat was the best we've ever had and the cheeseburger was better than those of high-end burger chains with chips that were extremely moreish. The drinks were also to the same standard with well kept beer and milkshakes that are thick as they should be. Definitely good value for money and an all-round great experience. Totally recommend.
