I really wanted to get my partner the Ambrogio Twenty Elite in time for Christmas and they were sold out everywhere, I was put into contact with Richard who was incredibly helpful and informative (not to mention patient) and got it sent out next day delivery. I found Richard’s service to be excellent. He installed our Husquavana robot mower on 8th July. He was prompt, clearly explained what the mower was and wasn’t capable of. Took time to understand our need such as would it get stuck on the trampoline or get stuck in a divot. He completed the fitting without any fuss, then took us both through the features and controls, including how to use the app. So far so good, the mower has already made a difference to the lawn and so far , fingers, crossed, no troubles at all.
