Absolute nightmare conveyancing service, almost ended up in breach of auction contract. Complained to no avail, still waiting for their complaints manager to call me back as promised 4 months ago. Failed to respond to emails and multiple phone messages. If you use their services after reading this you only have yourself to blame.

We had an unfortunate experience with Robinsons and their conveyancing services. They were slow and often totally unresponsive for weeks on end, causing frustration for all other involved parties. We sent all required information in a timely fashion, even trying to make their lives easier by arduously highlighting key information from bank balances etc. Despite this, several times we had to send the same sets of information because they didn't recognise that they had already been sent these. Furthermore, they also tried to shift the blame onto us at one point towards the end of the process. They sent us a set of forms to complete, with no notice and a very short window of completion. They then insinuated to all other parties that the process was being held up because we had failed to complete these forms. This was completely outrageous, bearing in mind that we had been asking them to send these forms to us for weeks on end. I was recently dismayed to find out that a close friend had chosen Robinsons to complete their own house purchase. They have had a very similar experience to us and are at the point of losing the purchase on their first home because the sellers have become so deeply frustrated with Robinsons. Please avoid using this company. They do not seem to remotely care about your experience and are inefficient in a way that beggars belief.

Rosemary Hatfield-him did an outstanding job on our recent house sale and purchase, friendly, efficient and very approachable. We highly recommend Robinsons and wouldn’t use anyone else should we move in the future.

We used Robinson's for a very complex business sale. Our solicitor and his secretary were absolutely superb and really went the extra mile to resolve all the difficulties and get the sale through. We couldn't be happier with the service and remain extremely grateful to them.

Rosemary and Jess are fantastic . Considering we are in a pandemic, they went above and beyond to help us purchase our first property, and we’re very helpful with the whole process !

The conveyancing was a joke. They were slow, non responsive, extremely frustrating to deal with and rude. We lost our first sale, in part to ridiculous delays for which we were charged over £800 and meant that it took almost a year from the first offer to actually complete on the sale. I would use a dedicated conveyancing firm in future. The divorce lawyer only gave me some bad advice which cost me money in the final divorce settlement. I was charged a stupid amount, including charging me £21.70 to send an internal email to his colleague which was merely a form from Land Registry. He also charged me for the time taken to raise an invoice to me, which was addressed to the wrong name. No attention to detail. The response to my complaints was derisory and they all appear to be illiterate. I have never seen so many typographical and grammatical errors in a letter/email. Neither partner, nor the 'conveyancing executive' seem to understand the use of possessive apostrophes.

Worse solicitor experience ever! Extremely slow, rude, very unprofessional, very unhelpful, not responding to emails and sometime "hiding" when you ask to speak them on the phone. Started our sale process end of June with no chain and still waiting due to solicitors been slow and ignoring our case. Wouldnt recommended to anyone especially if you are in rush to sell or buy.
