Fantastic service at a great price! - We're buying a house and wanted a survey. Allcott provided a quote which was really good, so we agreed and moved forwards. Our surveyor was called Simon and we made contact prior to the survey date so we could ask for particular attention regarding a few areas of concern we had - Simon was very happy to chat to us about this. He conducted the survey within a week or so, and a few days later the comprehensive report landed. We were very happy with the report, but also asked for a follow-up phone call which Simon was very happy to provide. We spent a good 40 minutes talking through the report, with him educating me on what different aspects meant. - I got the feeling that Simon is someone who really cares about his work, and the service he provides. I'm very grateful, and will not hesitate to come straight to Allcott again in the future.
