Have been using Robinsons butchers for a few months and the meat is first class. However visited Christmas week and was very disappointed in the service. The butcher seemed very moody and usually so helpful, I felt as thought I was getting in the way of him doing his work. Unhelpful and not very conducive to my requests. Due to this I won't be visiting for a while, as its very pricey and I would expect the customer service to reflect this. Very disappointing for a family business. Shame as the meat is very very good.
